About the
FAST Program
FAST is designed for high school dropouts or students considering dropping out who are 16-21. It is a pathway for those looking for a full high school diploma.
Students must be highly motivated, capable of working independently, and able to self-advocate. Students are expected to complete multiple years of coursework in a school year.
Each student is assigned an accountability coach who they will need to be in contact with daily. The accountability coach will work with the student to ensure they move through their courses and will be available to tutor or coordinate with other staff to prove assistance.
The accountability coach, in conjunction with the guidance counselor, will also assist each of their students in developing a career pathway for life after high school.

This program is available to students in Fairborn and contiguous districts only.
