Fairborn Digital Academy participated in this year’s Ohio Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition in March. The exhibition is dedicated to the educational and artistic advancement of talented young people in the state of Ohio. The purpose is to provide budding young artists with opportunities to advance their talent through scholarships or experiencing the process of entering their work in a competition.
FDA students worked for weeks creating the stunning art entered into the competition. Among the creations were paintings, pencil drawings, and even a suit of armor. Ms. Shari encouraged everyone to participate and to “be a part of something bigger than themselves.” Close to 20 students entered their pieces to be displayed at the state capitol, proving that with a little hard work and dedication, anything is possible.
