Several of Fairborn Digital Academy’s gardening students participated in Wright State University’s Network for Educational Renewal Conference. They gave presentations about their experiences in FDA’s Master Gardener program and the value it brings to their education. The program teaches students about healthy living and sustainability, giving them the opportunity to grow, budget, cook, and develop essential life skills.
Christopher, Caitlin, Kelsey and Emily all presented with the support of Ms. Shari, Executive Director, Erik Tritsch and Principal, Jessica Biggers. They each spoke about how the program has made them better students and better leaders.
